I do not recommend living here - especially if you are military. I’ve had issues with mold, water damage/ceiling leaks, and carbon monoxide levels. Their maintenance team puts bandaids on issues, only creating temporary fixes (I.e, painting over water damage in the ceiling and not fixing the leak, wiping down the vents with household cleaner and assuming the mold miraculously vanishes- I am extremely allergic to mold, and having the fire dept come because the carbon monoxide levels in the home were 200x the lethal level). Where can I begin my sordid tale of Lake Village. Well the first huge red flag that should have turned me away, we looked at an apartment, agreed to all the terms when the weekend before we were relocating from Philadelphia to Baltimore, Lake Village emailed me saying the apartment was not ready and we needed to pick a different one from a pre-chosen list. I worked here for 3 years and thought the community was great! The property is always clean and the residents are so sweet. The townhomes are spacious and the back patio is a huge bonus. I will miss working there.. Don’t believe anything negative you read about the staff. The ladies in the office are the sweetest! I truly miss them!
Lived here two years. Generally we liked it, but management is the worst and they don't take the time to care about complaints. Rent is high for what you get. Outside of places are kept pretty nice and luckily our street was pretty quiet but others were noisy/sketchy.
I applied for a job here and was told I got the job and I called everyday for 2 weeks to get my schedule and I did not receive a call back and I find out they gave the job to someone else because someone at the front desk did not give my messages I left to the manager
Nice place to live near a lot of different places. Maintenance was always efficient and friendly and the office staff was knowledgeable. We loved our street and had awesome neighbors.
