NO HOT WATER ! This review is staying up until I get reimburse for the month of November when my entire building had NO HOT WATER and didn’t get anything for it

I toured a 3 bedroom unit today. I was a little late to my appointment due to work, but the staff did not have any issues with still showing the unit. The gentlemen in the office was so very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He made me feel very welcomed and at ease. There was a female staff member there also who was super awesome. They deserve raises. Anywho, I actually like the apartment. Never thought I would enjoy apartment living after living in a house but I love it here! Thanks to Krystal, she's wonderful. She's caring, interacts with residents, always smiling and assists with issues in a timely manner. She even follows up! She doesn't discriminate, being from the LGBT community myself I was worried about being accepted. She doesn't care about race, sexual orientation, sex or anything.
