The manager refuses to resolve issues and communicate. Trying to reach them was so frustrating for several months. They do not follow industry standards with communication especially about a balance. Not one phone call text or email, just charge you ridiculous fees AFTER you pay the balance in full when you are eventually notified with a notice on the door randomly. Never fix anything, put in a 1,000 request and still don’t fix anything ! Paying for pest control, but no pest people coming. The HVAC closet is dirty and needs to be cleaned. Tub peeling still hasn’t fixed it. Just act like they're going to fix things & never do. SO ROACH INFESTED OUT HERE ! Every time you turn around, you see a roach. Never seen this many roaches or bugs in my life. A bunch of water bugs. Tell them to call pest control claim they are coming & never show up. I have been calling and sending emails for weeks to get my deposit returned, been vacated over 30 days. No response from anyone in the office and a full voicemail. This property is an absolute landfill!!!! Roaches EVERYWHERE! All common area equipment always broke and common areas always FILTHY!!!
