I’m going to type this in the most positive way, I could. This place is absolutely a mess ! Been a mess since I first moved into my unit, had different realtors since I’ve moved in. The first realtor, their ever had was scammers ! toured apartments, & the unit you moving in looked 10x worse than the one you toured. Ask to see unit before signing lease claim “ she couldn’t due to maintenance work”. Moved into my unit & it was an absolutely mess ! Couldn’t do anything being the lease was signed ! I’ve lived here for 2 years and have gone through 3 management companies. The company that owns these apartments now are the best this complex has had so far! From any maintenance work needed to paperwork needed they have been so welcoming! If I wasn’t buying a house this company would’ve gladly got my business for a third year. If you’re looking for a comfy place to live with tons of food places near by- this is the place!

this place is a mess ! roaches everywhere everytime you get up roach here, roach there, roaches everywhere ! NEEDS TO BOMB EVERYONE HOUSE or knock it down & rebuild. I wouldn’t refer anyone to move out Lake Village Apartments. You wouldn’t even want company over because how many roaches, plumbing is absolutely horrible, dishwasher keep clogging with water came to “fix “ it once and still doing the same thing ! plugs are lose, some don’t even work !
