Sold twice to different management. The website never works properly given the changes. Had roaches swarming out the vents for 6 months when I first moved in. Finally ended. Still occasionally bugs here and there. They left a note saying “I was living in unsanitary conditions” after leaving dirty dishes when I had the flu. NO HOT WATER ! This review is staying up until I get reimburse for the month of November when my entire building had NO HOT WATER and didn’t get anything for it Edit: don’t know if this is retaliation for my review but now my rent has magically increased and there “nothing” the front desk staff can do. They removed one of the playgrounds so there’s only one and the one that’s left is on its way out. It’s broken and wiggles when touched. The experience I had with the staff at lake village apartments in Chesapeake was great they was very helpful and patient with me during my lease signing.. thanks LV
I toured a 3 bedroom unit today. I was a little late to my appointment due to work, but the staff did not have any issues with still showing the unit. The gentlemen in the office was so very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He made me feel very welcomed and at ease. There was a female staff member there also who was super awesome.
