Visited a friend while I was in the area, property looks very nice, and staff was friendly. I would recommend looking here if I need a place to rent!

Would have given a higher rating , but since new the new management , this place has gone downhill ! Maintenance , the upkeep of the lawn gets rarely cut . When you need him , he does not do the job right ! Had to buy my own materials to get whatever needed to be fix . With the rent we pay , we should get better service . One thing , when Kathy and Tom were her we had no problems . They were the best . SNOW NEEDS TO BE SHOVELED ! ! !
Since the new management company has taken over, this place has severely gone downhill. My aunt doesn’t have her issues addressed. The new maintenance man sits in the office and doesn’t do anything. The office manager is not pleasant. I cannot believe they wouldn’t want to keep Tom and Kathy. They’re like family. They cared. You’ve made a grave mistake and it obviously shows when you shift from never having vacancies to 20+.
