This place is extremely unprofessional and I’d recommend that you hire a new receptionist. Dealing with her is a nightmare, and I truly believe she has no idea on what she’s doing. Also, she did tell me that she closes down the office an hr before closing time to get her “end of the day stuff done.”…..huh?
Went for a cleaning today, my hygienist was Diane. She was gentle, thorough and professional, couldn't ask for anything more. I've been going to Lake View Dentistry for about 17 years.
I don’t usually give reviews. Old staff left all New staff. New receptionist is a space cadet. if you’re looking for a dentist, go some place else.
