Very professional and friendly
Dr. Hasse was amazing with my little one. He was gentle and kind and made us new parents feel at ease the whole time. Thank you so much!
Son was seen on February 16th and tested positive for flu A and B. They “backdated” his illness, but would not backdate his excuse as he had missed school Friday, got worse over the weekend, and so I took him here on Sunday. They said he could return to school on Monday. I left confused as to why they would “backdate” and illness, but not an excuse, and why they didn’t excuse Monday since he was clearly still sick. To be honest they don’t even deserve not half a star, they terrible people, they care less about their patients concerns and illness, they give you what they want and what is easier for them but they don’t give anything to get you feeling better. I ended up at the ER with a dab infection and pneumonia and 104 fever the same night I went to this urgent care where the NP said OOOO IS NOTHING. I don’t recommend this place for anybody MORE LESS FOR CHILDREN. HORRIBLE PEOPLE
