RecommendedWe recently brought our toddler with high fever to Lake Urgent Care in Prairieville. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I “checked in” online and they called as we were heading there to do his triage over the phone. I was even able to scan my insurance card and license online while my husband drove us there. Talk about a time saver! We were in and out within 30 minutes. The staff was so compassionate with our little one and we felt an immediate sense of trust with the nurses and PA who treated him.

Everyone working there provided professional care and protection during the Covid 19 pandemic, as well as helped me with a physical challenge. I would recommend them!
I had been having a terrible time with my sinuses for at least 6 weeks. Since we are under a mandatory stay at home order, I didn’t think that I could go to a doctor. I went to Lake Urgent Care Outstanding patient care with a friendly team of care givers. After being examined, the doctor called in a prescription as well as telling me what OTC meds I needed. Great experience. Thanks to all.
