Mylene is amazing and of incredible help. I had a seamless application process even with my quick turnaround.
Moving to a new place is never easy, especially when it involves a long-distance move from the East Coast to the West Coast. I really appreciate my property manager Mylene, for helping me throughout the entire moving process. I relocated with my cat, and my flight was delayed, which led to a lot of last-minute changes and rescheduling. Mylene was incredibly kind and helpful, making sure everything went as smoothly as possible despite the unexpected situation.
Really enjoyed working with Mylene the property manager. She was kind and upfront about the building and was easy to work with when moving in. I’ve been here about a month now and the noise is great. There were a couple minor issues when I moved in that were promptly fixed. I really enjoy this place and honestly don’t want to give it a good review so I can keep it as a hidden gem 😂
If you're considering moving into this apartment complex, please think twice. The property manager here is shockingly aloof, and the back surface parking lot is downright dangerous. DO NOT PARK THERE! My boyfriend's car and mine were both vandalized, yet the property manager refuses to take any action or even send out a warning email to the complex. Safety and accountability are sorely lacking here. Proceed with caution!
Be careful! I lived in the apartment for several years without issue until I moved out. I was given a large bill that charged me an exorbitant amount for repairs, cleaning, and painting on top of my security deposit. I attempted to get clarification with an itemized bill, but got crickets, so I didn't pay. Three years later I get a bill from a collection agency included interest.
