I will never be back! I asked for a shellac pedicure. Simple right? Instead I got a shellac removal, no soak, no massage and a mediocre nail trim. I was still charged for a full pedicure and the excuse was they were too busy to do a full pedicure! I will never be back!

This was my place, made an appointment for my daughter and I, we showed up and were completely ignored... will never go back again.
I've been going here since they opened and love them. My whole family goes here and Kathy makes a point to ask me about the girls and my husband. May is the absolute best for waxing and I practically fall asleep when she gives her mini facial after. I've brought several friends in and now they all call this their place.
My girls took me to Lake Tyd Nails & Spa for an early Mothers Day treat! WE HAD A BLAST!!! They were booked SOLID, however the owner kindly stated if we came back in 1 hour she'd fit us in on this Very busy day.True to her word she had 3 chairs i row waiting for us.Everyone was so personable the entire time we were there & most importantly, they treated us like family, never rushed & their prices were very fair for all the pampering we received! The employees and owner are so wonderful! My sister and I brought my mom for an early mother's day treat. We all joked and laughed and got to know almost everyone while we were there. I love this place! I'll definitely go back. They're all very personable.
