My daughter was referred here, we live quite a distance away and it's a pretty far drive for us. I had to reschedule twice due to funds and other appointments.. then I was in the hospital and missed most recent appointment. Called and let them know and was informed they can not reschedule her due to 3 no shows yet I called each time and let them know why we couldn't make it. I don't believe that is fair to patients and really does not make me want to drive that far to be treated that way just over the phone.
I had a wonderful experience at the dentist this morning. I’m so happy I found this office—the doctors are very professional, and the entire staff made us feel welcome and at ease. I especially appreciate how kind, patient, and attentive they were with my son Pauli, who has special needs. They treated him with such care and respect, which made a big difference for both of us. I truly feel confident and comfortable with this team, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent dental care.
HUGE thanks to Lori and the ENTIRE team at LTSC! I brought my Level 2 autistic son in with an emergent dental need, and his pain level was through the roof. Not only was I in an environment where no one on staff was judging my child and/or I, no one waiting for their appointment was, either. Special needs caregivers GET IT, and having somewhere to take my son that fully understands his challenges, is life-changing. Staff was extremely friendly, from front office to exam room! The dental technician went above and beyond with thoroughly describing the condition of our daughter’s tooth as well as all details of the recommended procedure. The entire office is clean and inviting. We are thankful we were referred to Lake Travis Surgery Center! :)
For starters my drive was 2 hours so when I got here which I was early by 30 minutes check in waiting area was pleasant however after 30 minutes waiting for them to even call him I go up to front desk and ask what’s the delay since his appointment was at 10:00 the lady is gonna say that’s why they say it may take 3-5 hours and I explain I understood that but because yall are behind was never explained and ask her to check she came back saying he was next from then when they did his vitals etc the girl was super nice and plea... read more
