Nice & clean place, restaurant was good. The hot tub was hot but very low on water & not usable
Nice room, great view, excellent location. One complaint: beds were NOT good. Both beds were uncomfortable 😣

Our check in time is 3pm, we can not guarantee rooms available before this time. The front desk did give you several other options at the time you wanted to check in. I apologize for any inconvenience this may of caused you but we did try our best to accommodate you.
Requests bottom floor room when booked. Get there Extra Charge. Hot tub doesn't work. Room Stinks bad! Toilet doesn't want to flush. The hotel is on lake Tarpon Canal NO acess to the lake. Breakfast sucks!!! total rip off won't be back!

Good enough. Breakfast is not bad, kinda weird atmosphere but for the price it's acceptable. Housekeeping did a very good job. I will say it's clean and that's pretty important.
Excelente servicio muy buenas facilidades y acceso.....me gustó. Es el 4to. hotel que pernoctamos.
