So sad that we purchased a time share in 1981 when they were brand new. Enjoyed it for years until an HOA president took over and did everything he could not to spend a penny. We would have loved to have a nice resort we could visit, especially after we faithfully paid our maintenance fees every year. I have no idea where the $$$ we and the other owners paid each year . It's sad that these HOA officers let it go to pot .
