I’ve rented from Cory at Lake Superior Rents for nearly 8 years now. They have been the absolute best. Quick responses, fast repairs, affordable rent prices, and amazing properties. Going with any other rental company in Duluth would be a huge mistake.
Loved renting from Lake Superior Rents. I have nothing but good things to say about the landlord and maintenance guys. If I didn’t purchase my first house I would still be a proud renter of Lake Superior Rents. Everything was handled so professionally and if I had any issues with something needing to be fixed they were quick to come up with a solution and schedule maintenance around my schedule. Best rental experience I have had in Duluth by far! I wish I did not have to move out! Updated apartment in an historic Duluth home.
