Mt husband and I rented a unit for a while and sadly they never returned our deposit to us after we left it cleaner than we found it. We have reached out multiple times and all we get is "ill check to see what address we have on file" EVERY time we call. They are dishonest people and do not recommend you give them your money!
There was a leak in the roof of my unit. Not a huge problem, but still haven't received my deposit back since September of this year. Been told 3 times the check was sent and they didn't want to verify the address it was sent to.
