They really keep their eyes on the prize at the Lake Stevens Vision Clinic, which in this case are eyes. They have a small, but well-curated selection of glasses, and I've received quite a few compliments on. I also appreciate the doctor's recent recommendation to purchase a moist heat eye compress to address my dry eye issue. I'm trying it out, and it may be too soon to say, but I seem to sense some improvement.
As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted with a friendly smile. The office was busy, but I was able to look through the large selection of frames available while I waited. Once called back, Hannah got me through the initial exam quickly and professionally. Dr. Trang took the time to explain procedures, explain results, answer my questions and provide reassurance during the exam. Everyone in the office from beginning to end was great to work with!

I enjoyed my visit to the eye doctor. I felt like both the assistant, and the doctor was very attentive to my eyes and provided good explanation. However, I was disappointed at checkout when they told me I owed an additional $40 above my insurance for Photos, which I was not asked about. If there are things that are not going to be covered by insurance, you should have to ask the client if they want that service prior to providing the service and then expecting to be paid .
