Great customer service, easy process. Was able to answer all our questions and got us the size we needed for temporary storage.
Always easy to deal with your staff
I rented an outside unit for over one year, i fell behind on my rent but was able to strike a deal with the owner, that was pay 50% of what I owed and move out. When I went to the office the gal informed me that I would need to move everything in one load. I asked about renting a truck and the gal said they do not rent trucks. When you do not have access or keys you are at their mercy.
