Always easy to deal with your staff
I rented an outside unit for over one year, i fell behind on my rent but was able to strike a deal with the owner, that was pay 50% of what I owed and move out. When I went to the office the gal informed me that I would need to move everything in one load. I asked about renting a truck and the gal said they do not rent trucks. When you do not have access or keys you are at their mercy. Great experience upon renting my unit here. Very clean grounds. Prices are fine too.
Worker tried to sneak up on me in the middle of the day when I was in my unit alone. Not sure why but he then reached out to my service dog. And she nipped at him to warn him to back off. Creepy.
I recently rented a unit here and would recommend it to anyone in the Lake Stevens area looking for a storage facility. The place is very clean and super easy to access, all at an affordable price. Kayla, the manager, was exceptionally nice and provided excellent customer service, making me feel right at home. She definitely deserves a raise! Thank you so much!
