My wife and I have been tenants in Lake Stevens Manor for almost 10 years. We love it here because needed amenities are close to its location and local public transportation is readily accessible. Maintenance and upkeep of the facilities are okay and the property manager oversees it well. It is highly recommended for low-income seniors like us and it is earnestly hoped that it would be designated soonest as a truly NON-SMOKING FACILITY.
