When we called to schedule an appointment I specifically asked if they did everything from xrays to surgical to physical therapy. They stated in fact that they did! Wrong!! They referred us to harbor view in Seattle!!! Now they want me to pay for our xrays to be put on disc to take with us!!! They’re already paid for just put them in an envelope and hand them over, they already belong to me!! What a scam!!! Never going there again!!

Disappointed from the first appointment.. I wanted the doctor to look at my foot because of severe foot pain and all I got was a sales pitch. So today I thought I would ask to buy shoes because I went to a podiatrist at the Everett clinic.. NOPE THEY WANTED ME TO GO IN TO GET SHOES. Pretty sure so they can bill out a doctors visit, So I went to Altheas and got my shoes and I was happy.. NEVER AGAIN LAKE STEVENS FOOT AND ANKLE

I love the caring staff and Dr. Floyd. He’s done so much to help my Achilles tendinitis & heel spurs . He listens and adjusts my inserts . Also solved my pain issue on top off my foot by lacing my shoe differently. Dr Floyd is knowledgeable in the mechanics of how the body moves & can explain if you move this way that’s why it hurts or doesn’t . A very personable doctor . Patient care is a top priority with all .
