We liked the place for a while but after upgrading apartments, it was more of a down-grade. The AC didn't work well for nearly 5 months and management pretty much shrugged and said " it's cause it's summer and you're on the second floor". But none of our other 2nd floor neighbors had issues. Yet management couldn't explain why that was the case for us and not them. Neighbors are loud across all the complexes, the utilities are bad. There is currently a sex offender living at the complex . Jesus Rodriguez. Poster says he lives in 224 which i know is incorrect. He was busted for "traveling to meet a minor to commit unlawful sexual offense" I cant believe they are putting all these families at risk letting him live there
I've only been here a month and a half but the one thing I really like is the improvements being made. To me that shows management and the owners truly care.....Keep up the wonderful improvements Lk. Starcrest.... Helene
No frills but it is clean, quiet, and a decent place to live! Good price. Nice management.
