We're living there for 20 yrs. it's the best thing we ever did. Serenity personified if u mind your business and stay away from cliques. Very nice people. Fun things to do. Always something for children. A heavenly place for a family, especially children.
My parents bought back in November of 1976 I bought my own property back in 1990 my two sons are the third generation of the mcraes up here at Tall Timbers and as far as I'm concerned as long as I'm alive I don't think I would ever sell up here at Tall Timbers about the board of directors they are all volunteers and I feel that they are trying their very best that they can do the recreation committee is great the majority of them are all volunteers we have a lot of great activities up here 41 years later I'm still here and I... read more
High maintenance fees. They took my kids out the pool so they can have seniors time. I was under the impression it was a family atmosphere not a retirement home.
A big change from Florida and the enjoyment of visiting my son
