This is the WORST bank I have my family has ever dealt with. A family member tried going through this bank for a mortgage. First being handed from one mortgage consultant to the other. Not being properly informed of the mortgage products and minimum requirements for said products. AFTER the application fee was paid, she was informed that she didn't meet the minimum requirements and would have to come up with alternate credit, which she didn't have!
