BEWARE - This bank is fraudulent. Their appraisal of the home I was trying to purchase cost me my mortgage, and they never even sent me a copy! There is zero proof that this appraisal took place. They won't send me a copy nor a refund. I am out almost a thousand dollars with ZERO to show for it. I have called and left voicemails for Katie Reilly, branch manager Magdalena Dye, and vice president Beverly Sutton. They have avoided my calls and have not responded.
