I regret to this day that I accepted from the state this facility to put my mother in. She's been there for four years now, and in those four years the staff turnover has been unbelievable, from management to nurses, to all healthcare workers. The place reeked of urine up until the day it was locked down due to covid-19, my mother is diabetic and sometimes is not given her medicines because the place is short staffed. Assistant Director of Nursing very rude. Yelled at us for no reason. Stay away from this place, they do not care about the patients or the families. I am shocked they are able to have any patients.

Was this senior care facility clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Does the staff at this senior care facility always take that extra step to make you feel special? Would you recommend this senior care facility to others? No Did this senior care facility use current and safe equipment? Not at all, the equipment is dangerous! Was this senior care facility's staff friendly? Not one bit Was the provider's staff helpful and knowledgeable? Not really Did you feel that your waiting time was acceptable? No

DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONES IN THIS FACILITY....HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE IN THIS FACILITY Remember the facility is only as good as the "Administrator" and the administrator comes off as a very sweet and caring person and turns her back once you are there. Also most of the staff is HORRIBLE and are very lazy. The few staff members that are good are all looking to go elsewhere, they know this place is bad. Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? Yes, they could have waited Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Not really, I was hoping for someone with more experience

Yes, they were able to answer my questions Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding
