Needed to get a car in a bit of a rush, Kyle and Mindi could not have been more helpful. Showed me a car that was in my budget, took it to my mechanic for me, fixed the few minor things that needed fixing, then took care of all the DMV paperwork. All while being friendly and not like used car salemen at all. Would definitely go back.
We highly recommend Lake Shore Auto Mall! We found a truck online that was exactly what we had been looking for. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience - from the prompt and honest responses with questions we had, to the friendly personalities that greeted us upon arrival. It was a smooth easy process, and well worth the 3.5 hour travel to get there. We wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future. Thanks again, Mindi and Kyle!
