Recommendedi love it here the apt is nice lots of room the closets are big walk ins bathrooms are excellent the staff is nice they answer you and try there best to help but you have patience there are many other tenants and the people here are friendly they cre about the dogs and have fido stations to pick up the poo its clean maintenance cleans and makes this place look good they are friendly and do the best to fix the problem i put in a ticket to have something done and omg they are here within the day is over i love lake sherwood ap... read more

Lake Sherwood suck the staff in the front office always have a attitude and is dishonest dont have good customer service at all they have a sign in the office that states free under garage parking but what they dont tell u is that its $50 that they work into your rent and they dont tell u.... the building i live in has been infested with ants since 2012 and they didnt care until we threatened to get your lawyer involved and no everything died down they dont care no more and it still infested with ants
