We were desperate this morning when we went to our regular vet to have Ginger's stitches removed before leaving for vacation. Our vet had no power from Hurricane Irma. We drove straight to this hospital to ask for help. They didn't hesitate. The receptionist (sorry I didn't get your name) was able to fit us in. Took my Laydee Bug in for her yearly checkup and vaccines and we also got the new flu vaccine they where so good and gentle and called the next day to see how she reacted and left a message to callback and when I didn't call back in a couple of hours they called again no vets office has ever done that once let alone twice so caring and Laydee Bug really likes them also. They are the best

Incredible experience all around. The staff were professional, courteous, patient, and very well informed. They showed me an alternative to getting our cat declawed, Soft Paws, and then we brought her in to have them applied. Everyone was wonderful and we will absolutely continue to bring our feline friend Mandy here from now on!
