Have been to 3 different storage facilities in the past 5 years, and this place ranks in my top 2
I was a customer of Lake Self Store for over 7 years. I rented both an outdoor storage unit and parking space. The outdoor storage unit got completely infested with stink bugs. When I terminated my parking space rental, the worker stated I would get a pro-rated refund. I never saw the refund on my card that they had been auto running for years. Upon calling the office, the manager said the worker wasn’t authorized to provide the refund and he would not honor it. As a good customer of 7 years I would expect them to honor the ... read more
