Update: I have lowered my review to one star. Several months later they continue to harass me for money I not only paid them, but overpaid them. They are threatening to send me to collections for $30…when I already gave them $35. I have my bank statement and EOB. The number that they left in the voicemail is a fax machine, they don’t respond to “contact us” on their website and I don’t have the ability (or, at this point, desire) to contact them and continue to correct them during the work day. ***** I’ll give it three stars... read more
Receptionist is EXTREMELY RUDE! After having my newborn and moving I wasn't receiving statements on a deductible due - instead of emailing - she called my employer AND then my spouse. My spouse expressed how rude she was. I called and asked where it stated in their policy that was their protocol to call ones employer. Dr. Gerard one of the RACIST Doctor . He does not even deserve the title doctor . He yelled at me especially when I told him what kind of pain I’m having and told me not to speak my language . I told him he needs to respect a women and not yell . Very unprofessional and raciest . The receptionist was extremely rude and the doctor was no better. They were both the worst people I have had to deal with in the medical field. He offered no solutions and wouldn’t even file my toes. He told me to “file them at home. That’s for you to do.” What’s the point of that? He was already filing one of my toes, why not do them all? Very rude doctor. Not sure how he got all these amazing reviews. My mother brought my grandfather in as his physician referred him to this doctor. Doctor came into the exam room and gave my mom an attitude to begin with, after he noticed he was being rude to my mother he started to humble himself. From the front desk receptionist being rude as well. They need to treat their patients better.
