I have been living in the area for about half a year. Looking for a dentist can be difficult. After looking around and visiting different office website, Lake Ridge Dental got my attention. But I will admit I took a gamble. I am glad I did. When I walked into the office for my visit, I noticed the architectural layout of the office. Yes, I do look at that! The receptionist was very professional. New patient paperwork was easy and straight foward. The check up and cleaning was spot on. Everything was done correctly. Personall... read more

Ms. Charles From the I met Ms. Charles she has been going out of her way to help me with my time schedule. I’m the head of security at a high school. At the last minute there was a change in an event that I had to attend. But my appoint was later that day. Ms. Charles didn’t take her lunch break instead she said that she would skip her lunch and take my appointment now instead. Dental Assistant Rebecca I've recently had dental surgery and was very nervous while my teeth were being extracted. I literally started shaking. Rebecca, Dr. Steve's assistant, held my hand and wiped my tears during the entire process at the same time she was using the suction machine LOL. How she did that I don't know :) All I do know is that through this whole process of obtaining my new smile, she has been caring, understanding and there's not one question I've asked she thought was silly.
