Just moved in a month ago! So far I love it! Mark and Graham are awesome! The only thing I don’t care for is this valet trash $25 that many apartment communities seem to be going towards! I wish there was a way to opt out but oh well. Maintenance has been awesome! They even give you a free hour of maintenance on them! You can use that hour to have them help set up things or put things on the walls. I wish all apartment complex would do this. Lake Ridge Apartments are very nicely clean and the staff is very awesome and friendly to everyone.
I visited Lake Ridge Apartments last weekend, and talked to a leasing agent named Kenyah. She was bright and cheerful and made me feel welcome. She took the time to show me around and go over all the amenities that they had to offer. She was amazing, very knowledgeable and helpful. I am currently looking for a one bedroom apartment and when my lease is up, I will go back and see Kenyah! I was very impressed with her, the apartments are very nice and I was pleasantly surprised to see all the updates. Awesome place!!
Honest - Why increase the rent with false pretense? We never received a call from Pete the person in charge of renovations nor the office (Matt Johnson, Kenya, other office staff) before the new charges took effect. I have called, emailed, and stopped by the office. I even spoke to Pete as he was walking between units.
