10/10 would recommend Lake Ridge to anyone looking for a new place to call home! Affordable rent for updated/modern apartments, convenient to nearly anything you need, easy commutes to work, quiet community, and the leasing staff is top notch! Mark & Graham are great people, always helpful, and who you can truly call friends. The community always has events to get residents connected and the environment is so welcoming!
You come for the affordable rent, convenient location, great amenities, quiet community, and superb staff, but you stay because Graham's spinach dip is just that good.
We moved here in June 2018, and my only complaint is that Mark and Graham won't move with us! The staff are accommodating and are always on task for whatever we need. We love the community events, relaxed environment, and convenient amenities. If you like nice people, dogs, and nice people who have dogs, I highly recommend this community.
The staff has always been very kind and helpful towards us. There was a time that I had a few packages in the leasing office and would not have been able to grab them for a few days. Graham in the leasing office took it upon himself to personally drop them off at my apartment. Additionally, they always host great monthly events to encourage community bonding. We enjoy living here!
This is a great place to live if you’re looking for an environment that is clean, quiet, and family oriented. The management staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I really enjoy the office parties such as wing night and BOURBON BBQ night where we got to meet with others in the neighborhood and have a good time together as a community.
The staff at Lake Ridge are game changers. They do everything they can to make sure we are more than comfortable in our apartments and in our community overall. Graham and Mark are great at their jobs and also just really great guys to be around. It doesn't matter the community event it might be, I try to go to every one because I know it'll be a good time if they are there. Lake Ridge staff are a huge part in why I live there and am happy staying there. Thank you guys, you rock.
We have lived here since November and love it. The dog park is great, and the emoloyees are very helpful. 10/10 would recommend.
