Not sure what the other part of the story is for the guy who gave a bad review, but his review is BS. There has to be more to the story. My wife had to bring in one of my pups to be put down. The ENTIRE staff was in tears. If that’s not compassion, I don’t know what is. Always got exemplary care for my fur babies there.
My cat had passed away unexpectedly and they took great care of me and my cat. Even though they were not even my main vet, they were very caring and the receptionist even got up to give me a big hug. My mom has been going there for years and I’m so happy I made the decision to take Penny there. I will be going there from now on with my other cat. Thank you so much!
So awful these people don't know how to show compassion . If your looking for some place to bring a family member just don't . even with money in hand and Are dog of 14 years dieing I got showed the door "thank god a vet down the rd realized what was happening to my dog and we had no choice but to euthanize I will never forget how they made me feel like I was completely useless.
Had a very scary 57th birthday when our 10 month old Auggie collapsed we rush him into the veterinarian and whole staff are amazing ! Thank you for all your help!
Dr. Griffin, Leah & Paula were a huge support to me these past few weeks while Hazel has been sick. I am so grateful for everything they did to help me nurse her back to health.
