Dr. Seavey is great and understanding. Our dogs are nervous at the vets and she is patient with them and willing to listen. The whole team is great.

This was our first visit to Lake region animal shelter. I was very pleased with the customer care and their patients with me. Rommel went in to be neutered and have the microchip put in. As well as updating his rabies vaccination. During this whole procedure they kept me up-to-date with his progress and let me know of some other things that they found. The atmosphere as I walked in was very friendly and clean plenty of parking available as well. I look forward to Ramos follow up visits in the future.

GREAT PLACE!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Dr Griffin and staff were so great when I showed up with a sick (major adverse reaction to vacines giving at a different veterinary facility). I was a wreck!!! They were able to see us within a couple hours of calling. They had never met us before but made me feel like I was in good hands. For the 1st time since my pup became sick, I was giving hope.
