Come for test an they have you wait even when they have you come 15 min earlier then your appointment. Never on time. Even when not seeing the Dr.

My only experience was calling to refer a new patient. Unfortunately, the employee that answered was unable to provide a positive first impression. I did not understand what his name was but I did hear that calls are recorded. It is October 18th and the next available appointment is next year in January. I was not even asked the reason for the visit. The lack of communication skills, compassion and empathy is disappointing. This is why some patients feel that they are unimportant or just a number. I went here twice for sleep studies. The first time, I was only able to sleep for a little over 2 hours. The tech came in ( without knocking) more than once, to tell me I wasn’t sleeping. The tech also has a very peculiar way of speaking to patients. I was spoken to as if I were a child. That study didn’t give enough information to the doctor so another study was ordered. I had my latest sleep study done here. I appreciated the large, private bedroom in which the study was conducted while I slept. The technician who ran my study was kind and very patient. I highly recommend this sleep study center!
