This office is very disorganized. I suffer from severe sleep apnea and I have been without my machine for 6 months. I needed a titration study which I repeatedly called Dr Kaplan office for and they kept telling me the results weren’t in yet. Well guess what they were! I obtained my own medical records and read my report! I eventually got in to see Lisa NP and discuss my options. The best pulmonary group in Northern Ohio. Dr. Gary Kaplan diagnosed and continues to treat my sleep apnea and other respiratory concerns. His NP support staff is excellent for ongoing care and initial diagnosis.
The absolute best! Dr. Kaplan is board-certified in both pulmonary medicine and critical care medicine. He is very experienced, and always takes the time to listen to my concerns and attend to my needs. In addition, his staff is friendly and efficient. Highly recommended!
Dr. Kaplan is a very knowledgeable and compassionate provider. He takes the time to talk with you and makes you feel comfortable in the treatment plan that he is recommending. I would feel confident referring him to any of my friends or family that need help with their pulmonary issues.
