We lived here for such a long time. It was quiet and peaceful at times. Very beautiful, I loved the trees and always had great neighbors. The scenery was my favorite especially during fall or spring. Also, having access to the back trail near the dam was great. The cons I had were constant construction, fighting for parking, being blocked in for the running marathon, they cut this gorgeous big tree from in front of our building and put a dog park. My apartment is so cute! I LOVE the vaulted ceilings. Pet friendly for my kitten. I just moved in and so far everyone including my neighbors are really nice.
Amazing staff and complex
I have lived here at Lake Pointe for 3 years and it has been the best experience I’ve had yet. The community is amazing, the staff is very attentive/easy going and it is very quiet. If you want a positive, relaxed renting experience lake pointe is your spot!
