I have been here 6 years. 1 years ago, we had to move to escape the drugs and transient downstairs and SWAT team they involved for drugs & stolen goods. Now, they assigned a carport with issues parking a full size vehicle with a misplaced grey pole; tire stop placed 2ft in so back of car sticks out beyond the roof. NO parking enforcement with delivery vehicles constantly blocking the entrance despite a fire hydrant there. Noise is a constant issue.
