My husband and I moved here 3 months ago and we love living here so far! When we first visited the place, Ruth welcomed us very warmly, gave us a great tour and she was very honest with her responses to our questions. Yes, it's very quiet here, and yes the apartment was so clean and ready for us before we moved in. Even our carpet and toilet were brand new! The property managers of this complex are simply lazy. The only good thing about this place is the maintenance men. They added a new dog park in the middle of the apartments with fake grass that no one cleans up and the smell comes up into my apartment. Absolutely disgusting. This complex spends money on things that are not needed. Like the dog park and a new sign that’s not even in the correct spot for people to turn in. My girlfriend, dog and I have been living for 1 month now and the community has been kind to us. The maintenance team does a great job of responding to any issues and Ruth/ Alex do a great job of communicating and taking care of your needs. My one critique is I wish we had more guest parking, if you come home past 4-5pm good luck.
