DO NOT MOVE HERE. I’ve only lived here a year, and this is my honest review. I’ll start with what I liked. I really liked the scenery. They really do make an effort to keep this place looking beautiful. With that comes a lot of noise, like leaf blowers and crews blocking your parking. Mild inconvenience, is what it is. While this property is visually appealing and offers nice scenery, my experience living here was deeply concerning. During my time as a resident, I experienced what felt like targeted and unwelcoming behavior from both management and neighbors. As an Black woman, these interactions often came across as discriminatory and created an environment that felt uncomfortable and, at times, hostile. A home should be a place of peace and safety. These apartments are a super solid place to live. My neighbors are great and the grounds are neatly kept. I love the trees and beautiful forestry surrounding the apartments. I can tell they put a lot of time and effort into the care of the grounds. There really isn’t anything like it especially the closer you get in towards Sac. I enjoy swimming in the pool during the summer months and having trail access is also a huge bonus. The units are very clean and updated. We lived here for such a long time. It was quiet and peaceful at times. Very beautiful, I loved the trees and always had great neighbors. The scenery was my favorite especially during fall or spring. Also, having access to the back trail near the dam was great. The cons I had were constant construction, fighting for parking, being blocked in for the running marathon, they cut this gorgeous big tree from in front of our building and put a dog park.
