DO NOT MOVE HERE. I’ve only lived here a year, and this is my honest review. I’ll start with what I liked. I really liked the scenery. They really do make an effort to keep this place looking beautiful. With that comes a lot of noise, like leaf blowers and crews blocking your parking. Mild inconvenience, is what it is. I liked the bike trail, it’s extremely long with several different trails and you could go to beals point or sutter street walking or biking either direction.
