So gross- could only stay in the dormitory for one night, the carpet in the room was moist and smelled of mold. The structure did not seem safe. Every accommodation was less than satisfactory. Tiffany was the only staff member who was difficult and disrespectful otherwise every other person who worked there was wonderful. This place did an alright job. Other then the fact I came in with a full unopened bottle of HIV medication and I’m just now realizing they emptied the bottle and I have no meds now when I thought I still had a whole bottle of my meds. This place will also leave you in the same place they got you. Wondering how you’re going to feed yourself as they drain your food stamps and make sure you have none when you leave. I’d go to eaglecrest or honestly anywhere else
Lesa Ford advocated for me to go to this place for 4 weeks while I was waiting for my insurance coverage to start. She helped me get into detox and off of the streets where I was suffering and in grave danger. She kept up with me while I was an inpatient, and still checks on me every so often or I update her because I am forever grateful for how professional that she is but also relatable. She cares! I love her so much for being the AMAZING employee and person that she is!

Lake point was a life changer for me Pastor Henry is a great pastor. I was baptized at lakepoint. Lisa in admissions is so awesome. If you want something done she gets it done. Also Jessica is so cool. I kinda think Jessica and Lisa are twin souls. Once you meet them you will understand. But I recommend going to Lakepoint. I've been to 7 rehabs and I've been to lakepoint twice. Lakepoint is literally on the lake. They have so much activities and they also care about you alot.
