I found my experience working with Bruce Shankman not to be a very good experience. I was surprised to learn he was with a reality. When completing documents for renting, I had to send needed items over and over again, not sure why other than he was losing the forms or he forgot he had them which was fustrating and a waste of my time. I shouldn't have to send things repeatedly as well as where were my personal information forms being lost to? The communication was Awful and I found him to be agressive and defensive.
