Lake park is a very nice, clean environment to workout at and the other members are very helpful in letting you no what classes are like, if you do the classes. If you don't do classes they have state of the art equipment to use and well trained personal trainers that will help you reach your fitness level. Lake park is a fitness community that you will love.
Knowledgeable, involved trainers. Friendly and warm atmosphere. So clean and inviting. Classes are challenging and fun!
We've been going here for 6 years and it's a very nice friendly place. I recommend it all the time.
LPSAF is by far the best fitness place I have ever been!!
