Such a great clean gym! Tried yoga for the first time here and it was wonderful.
I have been a member for a couple months and love this gym. I have always wanted to try a class, but for some reason found them intimidating. However, tonight I pushed myself to do the TRX class and it was amazing. Shannon made me feel welcome and showed me how to work the straps. I'm glad I pushed myself because I have been missing out.
