We are all just an income for the Corporation. They do not care about the Tenants and any of our concerns. Management answers to the Corporation and is NOT an Advocate for us. It's not what any of us thought it was going to be. And NOW, they blame COVID for upkeep and projects. Not true :( ***Here we are 3 years later with new Managers that are the best we've had! They always make the residents feel heard, and honestly address our issues. They have made such a positive change here. Now I would definitely recommend Lake Park ... read more
