Where to begin? As I sit here and write this review I look out my backdoor and my grass is 8 inches tall. People in the office will be nice to you until you have more than a couple of issues with your apartment. Then you ll be lucky to get an answered phone call...and if you do you ll receive rudeness. The 2 man maintenance crew can t seem to fix anything. They undermine the issue and belittle you. They make excuses for why they shouldn t fix an issue. We have had ant problems for months. Please dont allow these reviews to weigh heavily on your decision to visit the property and see for yourself what Lake Park Apartments have to offer. Clearly the reviews were posted by residents who took their anger out by posting a negative review here instead of speaking with me about their concerns or giving me a chance to address them.
If I told my best friend about this place, Id say: There are a lot of problems with this complex. Be aware that your water bill is not included in your rent and I know a lot of people whose bills have been between \$100 - \$200 because of problems with plumbing in the apartments which are not fixed in a timely manner.I dont know many residents who are happy. I have lived at Lake Park for almost 6 years now. I have never left because I enjoy living here. The neighbors I have had have been good ones, The office staff has done a really good job, and always take care of anything I have needed right away. The maintainance staff has been very good. I would recommend living here to others, and already have.

To Do List:Tow all the vehicles/trailers without tags/insurnace on them.Enforce the parking rules (one vehicle parked in front of the apartment the rest across from the building)Cut the grass. (When the mower is going as fast as they drive it, they are only pushing the grass over, not cutting it) By the way, it needs to be cut now! I would just like to comment on the negative posts that I have read about Lake Park. I have lived here for a year and a half, and would like to say that I have never been treated with such respect and dignity that the Lake Park crew have given me. Anytime I have called about a problem, they respond that day. They have worked with me on several occasions, while keeping my dignity intact.
