The people were friendly and know everything required by the VA for glasses. That's sometimes difficult to get help with.
Very pleased and happy with the super, friendly, helpful and professional service I received at Lake Otis Optical. Safe and easy parking right near the door. i brought my eye glass prescription and the optician patiently helped me choose frames and options that suited my needs. It took about three weeks to get my eye wear but they seem spot on. The are an approved VA vender and knew how to handle their paperwork. Went here with my daughter to get her prescription glasses. Very friendly ladies work here that cared for her and got her setup with glasses she chose herself. The glasses came and we are happy! This is a smaller shop feel which I don’t mind at all! Sometimes that is better than the big names. Overall thank you ladies!!
