I have been a customer of Lake Otis Optical for many years now and I would not trust anyone else with my eye care needs! They are professional, prompt, and caring. They never cease to amaze me.
Unfortunately my insurance did not work with this mom & pop glasses shop, but i had such a lovely experience i figured I better give a shout-out! Janette? (I’m absolutely terrible with names) was *very* helpful and informative in finding me a nice looking pair of glasses and discussing insurance and billing.

The staff were very personable and the atmosphere was professional yet Alaskan. (If your from here, you know.) The doctor I saw was very kind and made me feel like she genuinely cared about my care. The reason this is not a 5 start review is because she was 45 minutes late. She was not actually in the office until 40 minutes after my appointment time.
