I realized today, as I pulled up Lake Orthopaedic's website to schedule an appointment in regards to having my left shoulder replaced. Prior to my right shoulder replacement I had been receiving injections for about 6 months or so. As injections can only be used for so long, after conferring with Dr Buccieri (Lake Orthopaedic Associates Inc), I decided on a reverse right shoulder replacement. Went here for the first time because of my mother. She was having heavy bleeding to the point she loss consciousness (thankfully it happened at the hospital). The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The only iffy part was the security guard. I understand your position and that your not a nurse/doctor but etc but the least you could do was look me in the eye and say “I’m sorry i can’t help with that” not the nurses station is there. Radiology. I recently had MRI with and without contrast 12/8/25 ordered by my PCP and pain specialist. The staff members I want to praise are Ashley, Holly and David. I was truly treated with respect, focused on my comfort and the tests went very well. Thankyou and especially assuring comfort during positioning .
