Can spend thousands of dollars with them. And they’ll help you spend it. But have a 25 dollar charge and will cancel you account without contacting you. Thought they where awesome until that happened
Avoid this place if you are a new customer. They have a completely broken system and use it as an excuse to dodge taking on new pets. They force you to use a single email link on their website to request an appointment. I sent the exact information they required from multiple different email accounts (Gmail and Yahoo). When I called to follow up, they claimed they "never saw" any of them. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for veterinary care. Lake Ontario Veterinary Clinic has awful customer service and an incredibly flawed booking system. They refuse to schedule appointments over the phone and direct you to an email form on their website—which they completely ignore. Communication is nonexistent, and the sheer lack of professionalism makes me seriously question their competence. Do not risk bringing your animals here.
