I was waiting for several month before writing this review because I wanted to see the long-term results. Thanks to the professionalism and dedication of Dr. Ruback and her team, our cat almost completely recovered from several near-death events due to cascading failure of major organ systems, against all odds and statistical data. Very thorough and professional staff. They listened and treated my dogs for the reason we came with great success. They didn't just solve a problem, they CARED for my dogs.
This was my kittens first visit and I have to say this place is amazing. My kittens had an accident in my carrier before I brought them in and they gave me everything I needed to clean them and the carrier. I was so grateful. From the technicians to the doctor everybody was fabulous I highly recommend them! Raven and Snooki are very happy kitties
Dr. Ruback and her team did excellent job saving our cat's life after almost deadly cardiovascular event and against all odds. They ensured highest level and quality of care was done. Front desk staff was very kind, attentive and helpful entire time. Our beautiful kitty is an older cat and had serious trouble with two major organ systems at once, and even under those circumstances now she is back to being her usual self, thanks to the work of those wonderful people. Recommend this clinic to anyone!
