The providers are all excellent and caring, and I was able to get my son in immediately for a tele-health appointment so we didn't have to leave the house when he was sick. I highly recommend Dr. Ram and the other providers at Lake Ontario Prompt Care!
When I visited the offices of Dr.Hafner practice for the first time I have an incredibly bad time. I was going there purely for help, I gave him the truth about my situation, and was promptly on time for my appointment filled out all the information and paid any fees necessary on time. Although this man literally hurt my feelings, he accuse me of lying about my history and my intentions of coming to see him, he actually raised his voice to me. his overall personality, and particularly his bedside manner was atrocious.
