RecommendedGreatest experience ever the infrared room is amazing it's like going to a different dimension, that's the only way I can describe. Just 15 min felt like an entirety. Halothreapy is awesome as well. Cleaning your insides by breathing in Himalayan salt is definitely something to experience.
