Our large Salt room contains over 6,000 lbs of natural Himalayan salt creating the ultimate environment for peace, relaxation and inner healing. Our small Salt room contains over 3,000lbs of Himalayan salt. We use the IIRIS-36 halogenerator and pharmaceutical grade Himalayan salt for your ultimate Halotherapy experience and healing journey.

RecommendedLake Norman Salt Spa was an amazing experience! I took my mother there for her birthday and we so enjoyed ourselves! I had my first massage with Elyse. It was the best massage I have ever received! I am now going back every few weeks. She will actually sit down with you and ask you questions and find out what your concerns are before she begins. I highly recommend visiting Lake Norman Salt Spa!
Great service and very accommodating with children. The children got to play with sand toys in the salt.
The experience was so relaxing I think I even fell asleep. I know at one point I felt lighter, like the cobwebs had been blown away. Highly recommend.

I've been to Lake Norman Salt Spa on two occasions and both times I have enjoyed it immensely. The therapies are super beneficial and I feel better and sleep so well after treatments. would definitely recommend.

Wonderful experience, very relaxing, extra clean, friendly staff (loved Poppi, very helpful!!) smells fabulous, calming ambiance, infrared salt bed and salt halo are amazing!!! Lots of products are available for purchase! Salt lamps, fire and ice bowls!!😁 I will go back!!🙌🏻
