Angela Berrong the Property Manager is very unprofessional and not responsive. If you don't believe me why don't you try calling her. Why anyone would want her to represent you is beyond me with all the other great options in the Lake Norman area. As both a landlord (thankfully she never represented me and I had chosen Dazcon) and now as a tenant with an 850 credit score and well above the income threshold since I am looking for a second home she cost her client a great tenant b/c she simply is poor at what she does.
