We used Lake Norman Realty for three years to rent a house in the area. The entire process was straightforward and easy, from move in to move out. Repair requests were addressed in a timely manner, with a great maintenance staff on hand as well as qualified local businesses to help with HVAC and plumbing. We worked directly with Angela who was quick to respond to all requests, although everyone we encountered was friendly and cordial. Highly recommend using Lake Norman to find your next rental!
Do not use or trust Maria Jacobs. Very unethical realtor. I was told my offer was accepted on a house that was her listing and I booked a non-refundable $1,000 flight to see on the home next day. Then hours later accepted another offer and cost me $1,000. She used me and my offer. Disgusting. I would have expected more from a NC person. What goes around comes around.
