So glad I called Lake Norman Plumbing! Came home from vacation to a leaking water heater flooding my garage. Called Lake Norman Plumbing and Steve answered quickly and made himself available within the hour to come check it out. He offered knowledge and insight about the options for repair/replacement, and answered many questions from a person who knows nothing about water heaters (me!). My hot water tank needed to be replaced. Steve was incredibly responsive, quickly getting me a quote and arranging the installation on the same day. His team was very professional and did a thorough, quality job including clean up and removal of the old hot water heater. I would definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.
Our water heater broke yesterday, right before Helene arrived. The owner came out that day in the pouring rain and then the guys came back first thing this morning, in a tropical storm, with a new heater. They saved us!!!
Lake Norman Plumbing was VERY responsive to even my non-emergency needs. The guys came in and were polite, worked quickly and efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, and left my house better than the condition they found it in. Super pleased with the service. Thank you!
